Look at what we found on the street yesterday :) ... Hopefully we can strip the paint off and the wood underneath will be gorgeous!!! ...  Not too sure it is an original Thonet, but it sure has a lovely shape! ...

 

Although it seems sturdy enough, the ring underneath the seat that´s supposed to provide support is broken ... so i think we will give it a "bedside table" job! :)
